FAQ
We manufacture precision press machines, including C-frame presses, straight-side presses, high-speed presses, gantry presses, and customized stamping solutions.
Our machines are widely used in automotive parts, home appliances, electronics, metal stamping, motor laminations, hardware parts, and industrial component manufacturing.
We provide press machines from small tonnage to heavy-duty models, covering different production requirements.
Yes. We can customize the press machine according to product drawings, material thickness, die requirements, automation layout, and production capacity.
Yes. Our press machines can work together with feeders, transfer systems, robotic arms, uncoilers, straighteners, and other automation equipment.
Die cushion is a device installed under the press table to provide holding force during forming and deep drawing processes. It helps prevent wrinkling and improves forming quality.
Die cushion tonnage refers to the holding force provided by the cushion system. Die cushion travel refers to the moving distance of the cushion during operation.
Our machines can process carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and various metal sheets.
The correct tonnage depends on product size, material thickness, die structure, and forming process. Our engineering team can recommend the suitable model according to your application.
Our machines are designed for high precision and stable operation, suitable for demanding stamping applications.
Our machines can be equipped with overload protection systems, emergency stop devices, safety sensors, lubrication systems, and electrical safety controls.
Yes. Machines equipped with die cushion systems are suitable for deep drawing and forming applications.
Delivery time depends on machine model, specifications, and customization requirements. Please contact us for detailed scheduling.
Yes. We can provide installation guidance, operation training, and technical support.
Yes. We provide spare parts and after-sales technical support for our machines.
Yes. Customers are welcome to visit our factory and discuss technical projects with our team.
Customers are recommended to provide product drawings, material type, thickness, production capacity, die information, and automation requirements.
Yes. Our machines are designed for stable long-term production and high-efficiency operation.
C-frame presses are suitable for general stamping and easy operation access, while straight-side presses provide higher rigidity and are suitable for large tonnage and precision applications.
We focus on precision, stability, durability, and automation integration. Our engineering team provides professional technical support and customized solutions for global customers.
Company & Factory
Founded in 2020, Deyu Precision is a professional manufacturer specializing in high-precision press machines. While the company was established recently, our founding team and key engineers have accumulated more than 20 years of experience in the press machine industry.
Our factory is equipped with advanced CNC machining centers and modern production facilities, enabling us to manufacture high-quality press machines with excellent precision, stability, and consistency.
Absolutely! We welcome global clients to visit our facility in China. If you cannot travel, we can arrange a live video tour via Zoom or WhatsApp to show you our production lines and assembly process.
Products & Technology
Our product range includes C-frame (Gap frame) precision presses, Straight-side (Tie-rod) presses, High-speed presses for motor laminations, and specialized Toggle-joint presses. Tonnage ranges from 15T up to 600T+.
Our engineers can provide a free evaluation. Simply send us your product drawings, material type/thickness, and production speed requirements. We will calculate the required pressure and recommend the most cost-effective model.
Yes. All Deyu presses feature standardized PLC control systems and external ports, making them easy to integrate with uncoilers, levelers, NC feeders, and robotic transfer systems for a fully automatic production line.
Production & Quality Control
For standard models, the lead time is usually 30-45 days. For customized solutions or large-tonnage machines, it typically ranges from 60 to 90 days depending on the specifications.
We adhere to the JIS Grade 1 (Japanese Industrial Standard). Every machine undergoes a 48-hour continuous "load test" and dynamic balance inspection before shipment to ensure zero defects upon arrival.
Yes. For large projects or complex lines, we can dispatch experienced engineers to your facility for installation and staff training. (Note: Service fees and travel expenses are discussed per contract).
After-Sales & Support
We offer a 12-month comprehensive warranty. During this period, if any part (excluding wear parts) fails due to quality issues, we will ship replacement parts via international courier (DHL/FedEx) at our expense.
We provide online technical support and after sales-service. Most operational issues can be resolved via video calls or remote PLC diagnostics. We also provide detailed English-language operation manuals and video tutorials for maintenance.
