1. Double Crank Press Introduction
The APC Series double crank press combines a C-frame with a two-point slide drive. Its wide working table accommodates wider dies and workpieces, while the open-front structure provides access for die installation, adjustment and inspection.
Symmetrical slide guides and a balancing device support slide movement. The electrical control circuit allows the press to connect with feeders, decoilers, straighteners and other automation equipment.
2. Double Crank Press Features
- Double-crank, two-point drive: Drives the slide at two positions across the working area.
- Wide working table: Provides space for wider dies and workpieces.
- Open-front frame: Provides access to the die for installation, adjustment and inspection.
- Slide guidance and balancing: Uses symmetrical slide guides with a balancing device.
- Clutch/brake assembly: Controls slide operation and stopping.
- Overload protection: Equipped with an overload protection device and a double solenoid valve.
- Automation connection: Supports integration with coil handling and feeding equipment.
